Welcome to ViewLine. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your deployment, access, and usage of physical cameras, Video Management System (VMS) software, cloud consoles, and related AI analytic modules (collectively, the "Services"). Within these Terms, references to ViewLine, ViewLine VMS, and ViewLine AI refer to the same unified video security product suite. Additionally, FieldEye (including its dedicated services at fieldeye.in) is an affiliated brand and product family operated by the same corporate parent, and usage of FieldEye services is governed under these same unified Terms. By installing, configuring, or using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. System Authorization and Configuration

To access the ViewLine VMS console, operators must establish authenticated administrator accounts. You agree to: (a) guard password integrity; (b) restrict device access lists to authorized personnel only; and (c) immediately notify ViewLine of any network breaches or unauthorized actions involving physical video security streams.

2. Acceptable Use & Surveillance Compliance

ViewLine designs advanced video security services for asset protection, operations telemetry, and site safety management. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your video recording operations comply with all relevant laws, including:

• Providing visible and legally required disclosures to individuals in areas monitored by security cameras.
• Refraining from placing cameras or recorders in areas where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy (e.g. restrooms, locker rooms, or changing facilities).
• Ensuring no interception of private audio feeds without required state consent.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property, proprietary software code, embedded firmware, AI training networks, dashboard interfaces, trade secrets, and logos are owned exclusively by ViewLine Tech Pvt Ltd. You may not reverse-engineer, modify, duplicate, or redistribute any portion of our software or hardware frameworks without explicit written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

While ViewLine VMS utilizes proactive security monitoring and state-of-the-art anomaly alerts, we do not guarantee the prevention of all security incidents, break-ins, or network vulnerabilities. Services are provided on an "as-is" basis, and ViewLine is not liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from system outages or unauthorized feed access.
